Return & Refund Policy

At Quince Traditions, all of our products are digital downloads. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final once your purchase has been completed.

No Refunds or Exchanges

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once they have been downloaded.

• By purchasing a digital item, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once (duplicate order).

• You encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your file, and we are unable to resolve it for you.
