Your guests will submit their RSVPs on quinceinvitation.com, which is a dedicated product of Quince Traditions built specifically for Quinceañera events. As the host, you will manage your guest list, track responses, and access all your dashboard tools right here on the Quince Traditions website.
You share a personalized link via text, WhatsApp, or social media. Guests click the link, confirm their attendance, choose their meal, and submit. No app download or account is needed on their end.

Yes! Choose Instant Download and you receive print-ready files by email, usually within a few minutes, to print at home or at a local print shop, or to share by WhatsApp, text or email. Choose Prints + Instant Download to get both the printed cards and the files.

No. The preview in the editor is your proof, and we print exactly what you approve. Please check every name, date, time, place and spelling before you check out.
Very close, but not identical. Paper and ink show color differently from a screen, and gold tones print as flat color, not foil.
Yes! Our shirts, mugs and other printed products are made to order just for you and shipped within the United States. Sizes, colors and materials are listed on each product page. Please check them before ordering, because made-to-order items cannot be exchanged.
Printed invitations and cards usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, with free shipping. Shirts, mugs and other printed products usually arrive within 3 to 8 business days, and jewelry, wallets and blankets within 3 to 9 business days. Shipping is free. This tool is designed to prevent budget creep during Quinceañera planning. You enter your total budget, and the calculator automatically suggests how much to spend on the dress, venue, and catering based on industry averages for Quince celebrations.
No account is required. Our Quinceañera planning tools (like the Menu Builder or Budget Calculator) generate results that can be downloaded directly to your device.
Progress is not stored after you leave the page. However, the planning tools generate downloadable files you can save. For quizzes like "Find Your Perfect Theme" or "Menu Style," results are shown immediately upon completion.
Yes! All interactive Quinceañera planning tools and quizzes are fully functional and optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
You can find our collection of free printable Quinceañera PDF planners and guides under the "Freebies" tab. You just need to enter your email to receive the file. These are designed to be printed for your personal planning binder.
Our Quinceañera Mood Boards are a dedicated section for visual inspiration. While they are not interactive or downloadable as a single file, you are welcome to share any of the pictures or links from the boards with family, friends, or vendors to communicate your vision.
Yes! You can print and use the free PDFs for as many Quinceañera celebrations as you like. Mood boards can also be referenced for inspiration for any future celebration.
After purchase, you will receive an email with your download links. For personalized invitations, a second email arrives when your files are ready, usually within a few minutes. If you have an account with us, you can also log in at any time to access your purchased files directly from your account dashboard.
Make sure your device has a PDF reader. If you still have trouble, contact us here and we will send a replacement file immediately.

Email us at hola@quincetraditions.com with your order number, photos of the items, the product label and the packaging, and a short unedited video showing the item and the package it arrived in. Please write within 5 days of delivery. We will replace your order or refund you.
Personalized and custom-made items are made to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we will replace it or refund you. Items with no personalization, engraving or custom message card can be returned for a refund. Ship it back within 30 days of delivery, with a tracking number, at your own cost. We refund you once the item reaches us.
Digital downloads are final sale. Our RSVP websites can be refunded at any time before you submit your personalization form; once it is submitted, work on your page has begun and the purchase is no longer refundable, unless our system fails. Personalized and custom-made items are made to order and are replaced or refunded only if they arrive damaged, misprinted or wrong.
