Digital Stationery & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files (PDFs, Templates, Planners), all sales are final once your purchase has been completed.

Exceptions

• Duplicate accidental orders.
• Technical issues preventing file access that we are unable to resolve.

 

Managed RSVP Services (quinceinvitation.com)

Because this is a managed service where our team manually builds the page for you, the following terms apply:

• In-Progress Work: Once the design and setup process has begun, the service is considered in-progress and is non-refundable.
• Pre-Design Cancellation: If you have not yet submitted your personalization/event details form, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Technical Failure: A full refund is issued only if we fail to deliver a functional site before the event due to an internal system failure.
• SMS Credits: No refunds are provided for SMS credits once they have been utilized for guest notifications.
